How It Works
Reformat is designed to be user-friendly and efficient. Simply create and upload your template, open any Word document, and let Reformat analyse and apply the appropriate styles. Features include matching paragraph styles, converting numbering, ensuring grammar and syntax consistency, removing empty lines, and checking all document elements against the template. Each feature is crafted to save you time and enhance document quality.
What is included in the free trial?
The free trial includes 2 credits per month, access to all standard templates, and basic document processing features. It’s perfect for testing our service before committing to a paid plan.
Can I change my plan later?
Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When you change plans, we’ll prorate the charges so you only pay for what you use.
What happens if I exceed my credit limit?
For volume plans, you’ll need to wait until your credits reset or upgrade to a higher plan. Unlimited plans don’t have credit limits.
Do unused credits roll over?
No, unused credits do not roll over to the next month. Credits reset at the beginning of each billing cycle.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards through our secure payment processor, Stripe.
Can I add team members to my account?
Yes! All plans allow you to add team members. Volume plans include unlimited free team members, while unlimited plans charge per user.
What does 'referral only' mean for some features?
Features marked with a referral icon are only accessible through our referral program, not through purchased custom templates. Contact our team to learn more about accessing these premium features.
Do I have to buy a license to add team members to my account?
No – All plans allow you to add as many team members as you want for free. Each member can then use Document Processing Credits or be assigned an Unlimited Plan.
