What is included in the free trial?
The free trial includes 10 credits when signed up, access to all standard templates, and all document processing features. It's perfect for testing our service before committing to a paid plan.
Can I change my plan later?
Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When you change plans, we'll prorate the charges so you only pay for what you use.
What happens if I exceed my credit limit?
For subscriptions, you'll need to wait until your credits reset. Alternatively, you can upgrade your subscription plan or purchase additional credits.
Do unused credits roll over?
Subscription credits do not roll over to the next month. However, one time purchase credits do not expire and can be used at any time.
What payment methods do you accept?
You can choose and purchase any plan from the Reformat web app pricing page.
Can I add team members to my account?
Yes! All plans allow you to add team members. Subscriptions include unlimited free team members.
Do I have to buy a license to add team members to my account?
No - All plans allow you to add as many team members as you want for free. Each member can then use Document Processing Credits.
