# Reformat

> Microsoft Word add-in that automatically standardises headings, numbering, styles and layout in legal contracts. Built by Cleveland R&D Limited (UK).

Reformat is a Word add-in for law firms, in-house legal teams, sole practitioners and operations teams responsible for contract documentation. It applies a firm's house template to a whole document in one operation (covering numbering, lists, headings, fonts, layout) and handles the structural Word work (cover, table of contents, schedules, exhibits, appendices) that breaks every contract after redlines. It includes a conversational formatting chat inside Word that answers questions about the document and can apply styles on request.
